How to change my company director(s)?

To change your directors, simply login to your account and start the appoint/delete director application inside Services. The app will go with you through all the necessary steps to prepare the paperwork.

In case you appoint a new director who is not a verified customer, the person has to go thru the mandatory Know Your Customer process.

Once all newly appointed directors complete the KYC process and get verified, the changes will be submitted to the companies' registrar. After 1-2 weeks, you will receive an updated company certificate for your directors.
