What data and documents do I need to submit for accounting/tax administration?

At the beginning of the month, you will receive a reminder email from us to send your assigned tax consultant your bank statements and invoices (purchases/sales) from the last month.

Ideally, you have all invoices and bank statements in digital form and forward or share them with your tax consultant. Their associates will handle the correct bookkeeping and VAT returns / EU sales, tax, and social insurance submissions.

If your tax advisor needs additional documentation, they will contact you over your preferred contact channel.

Please remember that you must transfer taxes and social insurance contributions yourself. Your tax advisor and our platform will inform you in time and instruct you on how to proceed.
