Why do you need a copy of my passport?

We need a copy of your passport to validate your identity. The authorities require this for your tax advisor as part of the mandatory KYC process. We also need a passport copy/number several times during your company formation (as a shareholder, director, or secretary). Optionally for your immigration process.

As an EU citizen, you can also use your ID card. In this case, please copy the front and back and include them in a single PDF file. Also, make sure that the address on the card matches the address on your utility bill.

Privacy and data protection are crucial to us. Only you and your assigned Tax Advisor have access to your data and documents. Therefore, verification takes some time but should not take longer than one business day.
