Who can be a shareholder of my ordered Cyprus Limited?

We want to keep our company formation process clean and lean. Currently, only individuals from supported countries can be added as a shareholder through our application. Our method also offers the possibility to add verified companies from within our ecosystem as a shareholder.

Every shareholder has to go through a mandatory identification process, except the person or company is verified in our ecosystem.

If you need any unusual company constellation that is not covered by our standardized processes yet, don't worry. Your tax advisor can take over and will process your needs manually for a fair and competitive price. Just ask for a quote.

Please keep in mind, you always have full control of all your company documents and certificates. That's why you are free to do whatever you want with your company once it is registered. Our application may have just a few restrictions to avoid complexity. But we'll add more and more features over time.
