Who can be a director of my ordered Cyprus Limited?

In general, directors are legally responsible for running a company and ensuring company accounts and reports are properly prepared.

A director does not have to live in Cyprus but must be 16 or over and not be disqualified from being a director.

During the company formation process, you can appoint up to two directors. Only individuals from supported countries can be added as a director through our application.

Most likely, you want to be the director of your Cyprus Limited. In this case, just confirm yourself as director.

Every other appointed director must go through a mandatory identification process, except the person is already verified by our application ecosystem.
