How many directors can I appoint?

Your company must have at least one director. To keep the formation process lean and straightforward, you can appoint up to 2 directors during the formation process.

Once the registration is done, you can appoint as many additional directors you want. But every director must go through a mandatory identification process, except the person is already a verified customer of our ecosystem.

Currently, only individuals from supported countries can be added as a director through our application.

Please keep in mind, you always have full control of all your company documents and certificates. That's why you are free to do whatever you want with your company once it is registered. Our application may have just a few restrictions to avoid complexity. But we'll add more and more features over time.
