How long does a company name approval take?

We are planning for one week. Sometimes it‘s a bit faster, sometimes it can take even two weeks.
As soon as you submit your company name, your tax advisor will prepare the application for the name approval. Providing the company activities inside the formation process might also be helpful.
Once your tax advisor applies for the company name approval, he will upload the application request. Please note that the name approval depends on the speed of the company registry and can take up to two weeks.
In case of rejection, you must usually repeat the procedure with a new company name. To speed things up, we offer you to submit two company names to let the registry check the other name directly if the first one gets rejected.
