What documents are required to open a bank account?

The bank must confirm the identity and address of all clients opening bank accounts. The following documents are required for each signatory and beneficial owner and are kept confidential:

   • passport copy

   • utility bill with your name and address (not older than 3 months)

   • eventually a yellow slip

For corporate bank accounts, the bank also requests copies of your company certificates. You can download them in your Cypruslimited.com account once your Cyprus Limited registration process is complete.
